So I got this Hum+ device when I purchased my iphone. I installed it in the car, and it worked fro 2 days. It ceased workingIreceived emails from Verizon saying that it is noted that it is not tracking. I called customer support 2 times. Each time they say they have a ticket open for me. This has been going on for over 3 weeks now, and the device is still not working, and no one seems to be able to help. I asked the last customer service rep to note in my account that I am not paying for something that is not working. It simply seems like there in no urgency to fixing my issue...?
Same problems here- my original Hum X failed- the speaker died and the wi fi NEVER worked- finally got the replacement under warranty- and cant get the Bluetooth to pair, cant get the new obd reader to update , and the WiFi isn't connecting- just an expensive paperweight
