Jetpack continually cuts out for 15-30 seconds at a time.  Hard to do any business when I keep losing the cnnection.  Has been reset once with no improvement.  Any suggestions?

Providing you with the most reliable connection is very important to us. I certainly agree it must be inconvenient trying to do any business with a fluctuating signal issue. We will work together to get to the root cause, rest assured. When did you notice this started to happen? What zip code are you in?
