my jetpack keeps loosing internet. Signal still shows bars on pack, however internet keeps falling off. what can I do to remedy this? Just purchased last month.

Good morning. I loose internet, however I still show signal on the jetpack.

That's definitely not the experience we want for you, GBM2! What is your city, state, and closest intersection where you are having trouble, so we can check coverage for your area? Do you know of any other Verizon customers who are also having service issues in your area?

Thanks for the replay. I rebooted the pack a few days back, and have not had problems.
