I'm trying to isolate what is causing high data use and I removed a connected device from my hotspot and now it won't reconnect
You came to the right palace of assistance ImI4. May I ask what make/model device do you have with us? Also, what device are you trying to connect to your Verizon device? I would try rebooting both devices and try to reconnect them. Please keep us posted. Once you provide us with the details requested then we can perform some advanced troubleshooting.
