using polycom with jetpack 6620L

Why does a jetpack 6620L not work with a polycom program with my ultra book. It does not allow the video or audio feeds to return once connected. Need the program to work for work reasons. The polycom program on my iphone going through the jetpack 6620L will connect and run but not the ultra book and software.

With few exceptions, you can't interface with the PSTN using standard protocols through a data only device on Verizon's network.

Have you tried to tether the computer to the iPhone?
