Can't seem to get get cable end into port. Doesn't look damaged to me . Any suggestions

Can you provide a little more details on exactly what you’re experiencing with the connection port on your tablet device? Are you trying to connect your wall charger to your device? Will the charger work with any other device? Can you check the charger or cable for any physical damages as well?
