OFFICIAL GOOGLE VOICE APP NOT AVAILABLE IN MARKET!

Hi People,

I use to own a HTC Hero and I have been using the Official Google Voice App from Google Inc. Now that I have switched my phone to the HTC Droid Eris, I have not been able to find the OFFICIAL google voice app on the market.

I am pretty sure what is available on market to all of you guys are:

1)GV by Evan Charlton

2)GV Dialer by Maplekey Company

Which are not as good as the official one which integrates seamlessly with your android device.

Any Ideas? I thought Verizon allow Google Voice on their Droid phones.

Hi.  Running the Motorola Droid and have Google Voice version 4 in the market.  Maybe there's just not one yet for the Eris?

I did a search for "Google Voice" on my Eris and I get back 11 results, witt Google Voice righ ton top...

What gets me... why is the Droid coming back with version 4? I thought the market was suppose to be the same for every Android.. unless it filters out android 1.6 and above for the current 1.5 Eris and Hero...

Apparently the Official Google Voice App was missing for an hour or so from the Android Market when I activated my phone.
