I have the Droid Froya, and Adobe Flash is properly in my Android Market. However, when I open it to install, it says "installing" and goes on and for hours. I check my Applications in Settings and there is no Flash app. I'm not a technical person and would appreciate any advice (in "Droid For Dummies") language.

Try stopping the application from running on the device, here is a link with screen shots of the process.

Once you have stopped the the application from running, remove the application and try reistalling the application. I provided a link on how to go back and add the application back to the device.

adobe flash is built in to froyo. you should not have to install anything. go to your list of all applications. if adobe flash is there, then it is already on your device and running.
