Ringdroid is the only application that fully allows you to create your own Ringtones, in the way that it does.

And not that I know of, no -- there really aren't any other Ringtone applications that are as good.

Thanks for the suggestion on Ringdroid but I like Mabilo Ringtone better.  Any thoughts on Mabilo Ringtone?
