I'll be getting my Eris in the mail today. It's my first smartphone and the only other ones I've seen are the iphones. Are there many apps available for the droid like there are for the iphone? If so, are some free, some for a fee and where can I find them?
If your Droid Eris came today as you expected you've probably already discovered the icon "Market" on the home screen. There's where all the apps reside.
