Deleting MarketPlace App Searches?

Before anybody rolls their eyes, , yes I have searched and found the answer in the forum: http://forums.verizon.com/t5/Android-Devices/Your-Android-Phone-and-You-101/td-p/112654/page/4

But that doesn't work. In the filter section, I see Market and Market Updater. I go into Market, click clear cache. I go back to the marketplace and the previous searches I have done still show up. What am I doing wrong?

I don't think you're doing anything wrong. I just tried it too, and it did not clear the searches. I'm thinking it was just an idea to try, but maybe you can't just clear them...
