I would buy either Droid from Verizon or Iphone from AT&T if either opened real estate lockboxes. Supra (the lockbox manufacturer) says neither device is certified and the schedule to do so is unknown.
So the time is not yet right to upgrade from my Verizon Palm Centro which does this well.

Sounds like something you would need to take up with Supra, or the developer of the real estate application, not Verizon.
