What is says.!  Google Now cards can do more as what i read from this source they can NOW work from your third party apps and show more info or at that's at what I take from this from Droid Life.. read more Via the Link..

The Walgreens and the Ford App Cards might something to try as we have a Ford and go to Walgreens Quite a bit
