HOW DO I RELOAD PRE FACTORY APPS..WHERE DO I FIND THEM. FOR SOME REASON ALL MY APPS ON THE HOME PAGE DISAPPEARED AND ALSO THE APPS ICON.

Sounds like the shortcuts on the home page been removed, all you have to do is press on a open area on desktop and select widgets and the item you want to restore the shortcut, but if you mean that the app isnt showing in the app tray the only option you have is to hard reset the device because those apps are stock apps and it shoulsnt been possible to delete them.
By the way which device do you have?
