Incredible "Flashlite Plugin" by HTC

That and "Street View" are in my "Manage Settings" page, but can't seem to load them on the phone. Any suggestions? Thx

Flashlite plug in is what allows the limited flash content to run on the phone's web. Street view is a part of maps. It's only available on maps. Both of these are part of other programs not programs themselves. They won't run by themselves.
