As the title says, Is there a limit to how many apps you can have installed ? I currently have 91 total apps and widgets installed and if I add another my phone (Eris) totally errors out and in the past required a full factory reset. Today when it "bricked" on me I uninstalled the last app I'd installed and it came back. So I added another app .. brought the total to 92 and it totally "bricks " on me. When it's booted it gives errors from com.android failed to google.maps failed and there's no service. I'd worked with Verizons tech support on this issue and they kindly replaced my phone. Well, today it happened again and the total number of apps installed seems to be the trigger .
Am I right in this, anyone else had this issue?
Thanks All

Well your assumptions would be correct.
You've run out of internal space on your phone to actually fit it all in. If you got to Menu>Settings>SD Card and Phone Storage, you'll see how much MB You have left to install apps. Each app size varies (From a few KB, to the largest, 5MB), and it seems as though you've reached your limit, my friend.
Cheers,
Mike
SO HOW MANY LICKS TO GET TO THE CENTER OF A TOOTSIE ROLL POP?
Thanks for confirming what I assumed . Interesting thing is all the times I'd called Verizon with the issue nobody ever mentioned this nor asked how many apps were installed. So I went through several frustrating calls and lost time not to mention their having to send me a replacement and all along it was my own doing. hmmmm.
There is a limit yes. I suggest if you just run out of space, uninstall the apps you aren't using as much. Then make room for the new apps. That's what I do.
