Java on Droid Browser

Hello.  The browser on the Droid does not seem to support Java (not JavaScript -- just plain Java). How can I make that happen?

Try downloading javascript onto your phone to see if will allow you to use java, if it does not then the droid may not be formatted to support java script. Our technical support specialists may have a work around for this. To get a free download for javascript , you may click on this link: http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp

Hi Brittney.  I tried the link you sent me, but there is no available download for Android. Only Windows, Apple, etc.

Thanks. But the same problem -- in the Operating System menu, there is no choice for Android.  Only Linux, Solaris and Windows.
