LG Ally not HBO to Go NOR FiOS Flex View Compatible??

Recently purchased an LG Ally Android phone. I have FiOS TV and am unable to view HBO to GO on my LG Ally nor view any movie rentals from Flex View on my phone. Anyone else having this issue?
