Note/list apps?

Finally got my new Droid Incredible. It's my first smart phone and I'm having a great time exploring everything it can do. I'm looking for a good app for jotting notes, lists and to-do's. Can anyone recommend one - free or otherwise?

I looked at most free ones on the market and the one I like at the moment is "Note Everything"

+1 to ColorNote. AK Notepad is pretty straightforward too.  Both are free.

I'm new to this to. I'm trying Gdocs. I can set up different folders for different categories of notes. It also syncs automatically with documents in gmail.

I use evernote, it allows you to take picture notes and spoken notes, and saves them on their server so you can access them online.
