I have wi-fi in my home, my verizon network is almost nonexistent inside my home which is mostly underground, I rarely actually receive phone calls unless I am near either of my doors. This isn't a problem in most cases, however I need to be able to receive phone calls from one of my clients in case they have an emergency arise. I can text sometimes, but generally phone call quality, as described above, is very poor. I have tried mobile apps that allow calls via wifi, but the ones I've downloaded either are made so that only you can initiate the phone call (not receive), or they require that the incoming caller has to also be using (and calling from) the app, which isn't a possibility in this situation. Please advise!!
Thanks much!
