Skype-to-Skype calling access number

Uhhh is this charging my minutes?  I'm calling a Skype user from my Skype account and it is dialing a number called Skype call... same thing when receiving a phonecall from a Skype account...

Hi.  I will be happy to answer your question for you.  When you use Skype to Skype, it does not count toward your minutes.
