Transfering applications to a new droid

My droid had a camera malfuction so Verizon sent me a new phone.  I have several installed paid applications on my phone so how do I transfer them to my new phone?

You don't have to. They will automatically be saved in your "My Downloads" list in the market. Just go there and you'll see them there.
