Trying to Add 2 new gmail accounts

I am attempting to add two additional gmail accounts to my phone (which would bring a total to four on my phone), however, I keep receiving an error message:

Can't establish a reliable data connection to the server...This could be a temporary problem or your phone may not be provisioned for data services.  If it continues, call Customer Care.

I have been receiving this message for the past 24 hours, from two different locations (home and work).  I just created the Gmail accounts last night, so I am not sure if there is a 'waiting period' before having to set this up.

I also ran into this issue when I was trying to add my second gmail account, but don't remember what I did to finally get it set up.
