I haven't been able to make in game purchases since Nov. 3 for last year. I hae take to google they say it goes thru on there and that it will have to be on Verizon end. But Verizon keeps sending it to this place called Bill to my mobile and they can't help me either. I have uninstalled my payment option, I have deleted my Google account, I had even done a factory reset on my phone. My husband is able to make in game purchases but for some reason I can't. What more can I do?
