V Cast Music with Rhapsody

I have a Droid X.  I have V Cast Music with Rhapsody ($9.99)  on my account.  I keep seeing and hearing that all I have to do is add an unlimited number of songs to my V CAST with Rhapsody library and then I can add the songs onto my phone.  Well it hasn't been as easy as this.  When I go to put the songs onto my phone it gives me a message saying "License expired" and it prompts me to pay for the license.  Why am I paying for songs still when I'm supposed to be able to get any song that I want as long as I have the subscription?

The expired license issue is one that they use to make sure you don't get the service for one month, download all the songs you want and cancel.  Songs downloaded are DRM protected and must be updated.  I was never a fan of this because sometimes songs are removed from their library and you are left with a song you can't update the license for, even if you continue your subscription.

Because of this issue I canceled my Rhapsody account because it's more of a hassle to keep up with license updates than to just use a different service.
