SwiftKey is a popular one. Swype is a good one as well, but I don't know if it's available as a free-standing app yet.

Swype IS a really good one, but you have to sign up at beta.swype.com and wait for them to email you.

I know, right? I wish they would just release it as a real app so I wouldn't have to mess with the installer anymore.

it's open now so it's really no problem. you sign up and they immediately email you with download instructions. it only took a few minutes for me to go through the whole process and try it out. (fyi....there was an autospace issue with the version for the tbolt, but someone over at xda tweaked it to fix it and it works like a champ....and i can verify that it's a safe download and install).
