droid pro keeps shutting off

how to uninstall APS I no longer want. Any help is greatly appreciated

You can uninstall apps by going to "Settings", "Applications", "Manage Applications" and click the "All" tabs. From here, scroll down to find the app you wish to remove. You will see an un-install button. Clicking this button wil remove the app

If that button is greyed out, that means that the app came preinstalled on the phone and cannot be un-installed.

And I must say that the title of your post didn't match with what you were asking...
