I have a co-worker with an iPhone who has been wanting to play this with me for some time. Today, when she found out it was available on Android and told me, I immediately downloaded it. However, it is very slow and a bit buggy on my Droid X. I do not receive notifications, and there seems to be no "Settings". According to the comments, it appears that almost everyone is having the same problem. Hopefully, the developers will be able to fix these bugs soon. I'm currently losing the friendly rivalry between my coworker's iPhone and my Droid X.

yeah...i noticed the bad reviews, but i have the droid inc, and from my experienve and the comments from inc users, it's great. never understood why some apps work better on certain devices? i have notifications and it's VERY smooth and looks good.....but there are no settings (i can't turn off notifiactions if i wanted to). i suspect there will be immediate updates soon. zynga can't have this on their reputation. i'm just glad it's finally here. my iphone friends have been wanting to play forever...lol.

I am receiving notifications today (maybe that was a quick fix on Zynga's part). Not immediate notifcations, but since there is no time pressure with WWF, it's not a problem.

I don't see what's so exciting, it's basically just Scrabble, but hey, Scrabble is good.

i think that's why it's so popular though. scrabble on facebook is VERY popular. i think people love it because you can play against anyone, at your own pace. i've played friends where we take moves every few minutes and others where we basically make one move each day...lol.
