2nd new Turbo and charging cord in 30 days.

Verizon replaced my power cord after I took it in and showed them there was only one spot where if you held it just right it would charge. After 4 more trips to the store I have a "new" Turbo. I am having even worse issues. The turbo charger doesn't charge at all. I use an old mini USB. Anyone else having these problems?

I hope manufacturers follow apple and get rid of MicroUSB. It's a failure and always has been.

Btw, if no cords are working, it could be your port. Send it in for warranty and get a replacement.

I had the same issue. Had to go through Motorola & their warranty dept. Verizon was less than helpful. Motorola was a big cluster, but after 2 tries, finally got a new charger. Now waiting for them to send the prepaid mailing label they said I'd get 3 weeks ago. So far, not loving this phone.

PS. It was the port, not the cord in my case.
