Three Motorola Droid Maxx phones have had the rear camera ability fail one month after warranty. I have taken phone into repair, was told this was a software issue as the rear camera would work in another phone. Did a safe boot, cleared cache, did factory reset, still no rear facing camera.
Have read that this is a recurrent problem, one is lucky if the problem starts before the warranty is up.
I have not seen any solutions other than replacing the phone. This seems to be a lemon law problem. Any suggestions?
