Now, have been trying to call Verizon tech support many times. Those lazy bums are not working much. Keep getting: I am sorry please call later. Verizon has become a dirty hole of wireless business. As soon as this contract expires, I am back to AT&T and wish everyone else to do the same.
Verizon Wireless doesn't repair devices. If you sent it to the manufacturer, you should check with them.
