You are receiving email notifications of posts from the Verizon Wireless Community forum which you must have signed up for at some point. You need to click on the Change email preferences at the bottom of the email notifications to change your delivery of messages from the community.

I FOUND THE ANSWER! I FIGURED IT OUT!!
You MUST Enable and update Audible before you can load ANY of the Amazon Media apps! People have been having problems with the MP3, video, and Kindle. BUT, if you do the update on Audible, then ALL the others install.
Try it!
It's worked for a bunch of other people posting on the Kindle help pages.

Enabled Audible, still won't update Kindle. Not sure how you git it to work. I'm on an LG G3 running Android 6.0
