Old man it is a JOKE when other carriers have the phone out!  People will pay the steep price for it and they need to have it available ASAP. I remember when the Iphone came out and it was expensive but you saw records sales for it

I've decided to tell myself Verizon is late on this because they are gonna release it with lollipop.  It makes the wait tolerable.      Smiley Happy

Verizon isn't releasing it yet because they don't care. If you want the phone buy it on the playstore or go to another carrier. Problem solved. If you don't do that you don't want it that bad

If you are ok with paying so much money for a phone. Then go to amazon and buy an unlocked verison of the phone. Take that to the store and get it activated on your account. When you have the phone. Problem sloved! You will not be made a the company you are paying monthly for anymore. (for the record, joke are supposed to be funny, I still must be missing it.  What is funny to me is that you are complaining, when it is an easy fix, by buying it online).

Thank you spoiler1041, for being positive.  I think Verizon only wants to sell the best, so you may be right about the update point you made.

For ynggrsshppr91: If they just buy the phone with an another carrier or going online to get an unlocked one, then what would they have to wine about.  They are just going to wait and stay with Verizon.  It is one of the better companies.

This is history proving itself again... Verizon has always been late to the game with the Note devices. Is it a Samsung and Verizon thing? who knows except them. Maybe bloatware takes time to build, test and install?? We can probably come up with a 1000 reasons as to why this is delayed and not any will make to sense to all. I too am waiting impatiently for this device, but I do have a 2nd choice and that would be me leaving Samsung (which I don't want to) but the Sony Experia Z3 looks impressive and doesn't have a ton of reviews but the ones Ive read, everyone has been very pleased with it.
