All calls show up as unkown

Yesterday I couldn’t receive calls and all calls were showing up as no caller ID I went to my settings and I realize somehow they Change themselves to not announcing calls so I switched it back but now I can’t receive calls but all calls say unknown I have been trying to contact you all all day but bec of covid-19 I haven’t received and response!

It is important that you are able to take calls, and use your caller ID, Ericamenace. What make and model of device are you using? Have you made any other changes to the device recently? Arey ou using Call Filter?

Ericamenace, thanks for those details. Does it say No Service at the top? Make sure Wi-Fi is turned off and post a screenshot of your signal status if you can.
