I just updated to 5.1.1 on my S6 a few days ago and EVERY single app crashes - including default apps. I simply cannot use my phone any longer. Please help! I have soft reset and now I have factory reset and it's still crashing. This includes apps like settings, etc.

We certainly want your phone to work as intended after the software update. These updates are created by the manufacturers to enhance your wireless experience. I understand that you have done a factory reset; however, my resources recommend doing a factory reset as per this link http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-152189/ and to disable Automatic Restore as per this link http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-150604/ when doing the factory reset. Please do this and test for a few hours without installing any 3rd party applications. Keep us posted.
