Android Update be reviersed?

Yesterday I installed an Android operatiing system upgrade to version 4.4.2.  I HATE the keybaord and HATE HATE HATE that SWYPE is not an option.  The rest so far seems the same.....Can I go back to my older version or is there a planed update to fix the keyboard (HUGE loss in functionality) and add SWYPE as an input method??

No, you can't revert to the previous OS version. You can reinstall Swype from the Play Store.

If VZW don't like hearing such!  Then why does VZW constantly do things to its satisfied customers that make them want to leave...and give them no way to become a happy camper with VZW again.  It is a never ending issue with VZW.  Please VZW don't reply to this with one of your canned response as everyone here is tired of those.  Go give those to your Superiors to collect your pay.
