I'm still missing texts in groups. Anything else I could try?

It disappoints me that you are still having text issues. I am confident that we can get this resolved. Do you still have access to your iPhone or do you have other Apple products that uses iMessage?

I never had an iPhone. My last phone was also Android and had the same
issue.
