No need to worry. When you power up your new phone and connect to your Google account, your apps will begin to download automatically. I recommend you be close to WiFi when you do this because you can use a lot of your data plan when this happens. Not all apps will automatically install, but you can always go to the Google Play store and re-download anything you had before -- even apps that were paid for.

It also wise to have your phone on the AC charger for any long downloads, as the device will use more battery power.
