Hello!
Just wondering if anyone is having issues with their apps/widgets on Samsung Stratosphere II? It started last night with the Weather Underground widget so I cleared the cache on the apps that would allow it and now the apps aren't working. Thanks for your help--

It's important that your apps are working properly, Kathy75. Are you getting any errors? Are you unable to access the app, or just the widget for that particular app? Have you uninstalled/reinstalled the app?

Help has arrived today, ALLETS. I can understand your concern on this message. I want to make sure that we get your device back on the right track. What make and model device do you have? When did this start happening? Was there any changes to the phone when this message came up (new apps or software update)? Keep us posted.

The reason for contacting Support is because the following message appears
on my screen a lot lately.
"Unfortunately your Android system has stopped."
It happens at various times when I am doing various things, such as but not
inclusive to the following actions, after I click to open, close, go to
another page or app. Even though I get the message, nothing closes or stops
that I can see. The response I received is not relevant to the problem I am
having.
The make and model of my phone:
Samsung Galaxy 5
SM-G900V
Have i installed any new software...:
I download and uninstall apps if I see an interesting one or that may be
useful. I haven't noticed anything unusual happening after an app install.
I did install an SD card with more memory recently.
In general, the GS5 has not been a good phone, especially in the last few
months. Sometimes it opens pages without me touching the area to open a
page or app, (not related to above message received). Other times it seems
the cursor moves quickly to areas not selected or it will not react when I
click on letter(s), button(s) or active areas where I am to make a choice.
As I get the message stated above frequently, I want to find a solution
before this phone just completely stops working.

ALLETS,
Having a phone operate in this manner can be stressful. I have had issues like this before due to memory and storage problems. So rest assured you are in good hands. Based on your issue let's look at a couple of things that may be the cause of your issue. To clarify, how many applications do you have on your phone? When did you notice this issue and was it after an update or download?
