I was recently interrupted in the middle of a long-distance medical crisis by yet another cell phone call from a number that came back as 'that is not a working number.' I have answered such calls in the past only to be annoyed by pre-recorded telemarketing pitches for one scam or another. This is despite the fact that I am on every Do Not Call list ever made available and despite reporting such calls to the FCC. WHAT IS VERIZON DOING TO ASSIST THE FCC IN TRACKING DOWN AND CORRECTING THIS ILLEGAL ACTIVITY?
