Are upgrades under unlimited data plan grandfathered?

I currently have unlimited data plan with 4 additional phones(1smart phone with unlimited and 1phone with 9.99 data plan). These phones are eligible for an upgrade. Do they have to upgrade before the 6/28/12 plan date or are they ok because I already upgraded this month. Thanks
