WHEN IS VERIZON GOING TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT FIXING THE BACKUP ASSISTANT PLUS SO THAT I DON'T KEEP GETTING THESE TEXTS FROM 6250????????
(The all caps is intentional, hopefully to get someone at Verizon's attention)
I have been getting the VZWNMN:1, 2, 3, or 167 texts now for a week. I have tried EVERYTHING. I have spent countless hours on the phone with Verizon, and at the Verizon store to try and rectify this problem. The last thing I did was to turn off the Back Up Assistant and Back Up Assistant plus, only to find out that it reactivated the next time I turned on my phone and thus MORE TEXTS.
They told me that the last resort would be to change out my phone which won't do any good because the PROBLEM IS IN THE VERIZON BACKUP ASSISTANT. THIS IS NOT JUST MY PROBLEM.
WHAT ARE THEY GOING TO DO ABOUT IT?????????
Have you tried the suggestions in all the other threads on this community asking about the short code 6250 and VZWNMN?
