About a week ago my bluetooth stopped working in my Galaxy S4. My call history shows up in my car but the only contacts that show up are me and #Dat so I cannot call from my car unless I go to my call history. My bluetooth in my car can play music on my phone, can answer incoming calls but the incoming calls are listed by a phone number not the name of the caller. It isn't my car which is a 2015 kia forte because I tried with my husband's phone and it worked. I have called Verizon with and Samsung with no resolution. I see someone else posted the same problem and Verizon has an outage in Southern California, is this part of the outage?
Have you tried removing the Bluetooth profiles from the phone and the car and then re-pairing them?
