Using a Moto Z Play -Android 8.0.0, not using Wi-fi.... Verizon Message+ app (also will Not work with Google Message app)

Last Photo, Gif or Group message I was able to send or receive was about 9/15/2020.....  I Can send 'regular' texts and it will send the 'smiley' faces... but with photos, gifs, groups I get 'FAILED'.... rarely it will say 'sent' but not 'delivered' and the person never receives the message...

I have trouble shot - online, automated over phone and have done all the uninstall, reinstall, reset network, take out sim etc... nothing has fixed this... seems there must have been some Verizon update that potentially messed up things up back in Sept that disabled Photos, Gifs, Group text messaging... VERY FRUSTRATING, esp during the Pandemic and with an elderly parent when I rely on my cell phone more than ever... Before switching carriers, I was giving one last chance hoping someone here could help quickly...???

Wow it seems like you have gone through a lot, MusicFan1. I also have elderly parents so I totally get where you are coming from. I would love to help as much as I can to get this resolved. Not being able to fully use your text since 9/15/20 is quite some time. I understand we rely on our cell phones especially during this time. Let me see how I can help. What messaging application are you using? Do you have the most current software on your phone? Are you able to send photos if you leave your area? AmberF_VZW

Yes to phone up to date..... No to I cannot send out of my area either, tried that over weekend... have done all recommended.... update this, download that, erase this, reinstall that, reset network settings... NOTHING has worked - is there a way Verizon can check on their end to see if you have something set wrong on my account??
