I don't know how else to contact Verizon for feedback so I'm writing here. Please let the correct department know that many people are waiting on Verizon to certify the Huawei Nexus 6p. I would like to use the visual voicemail app again and at least be able to receive support from Verizon for it if needed.
It took a year for the unlocked Motorola Nexus 6 to be certified, I'm sorry I don't mean to sound rude but i don't believe it takes a whole year for a department of employees to test a phone, and by then half the owners move on to something else, so I'm hoping if it is done that it won't take so long. If this feedback can be forwarded to the correct department I would appreciate it.
That is the problem with not buying the device direct from Verizon. It is not certified. Verizon, I am sure, does this on purpose.
