My back camera is not working. Keeps saying restart camera

Citysin, I would be sad if my camera didn't work. In order for us to help, please provide us with some details. What's the make/model of your phone? Have you installed any third party camera applications?

goto camera app. open in app or app manager, then click force stop then restart camera. 2nd fix last fix cure, also delete data and cache next if that dont work. after first fix try camera. don't restart, if wont work for you, goto second fix.

The OP might not have a Samsung phone so disabling the Samsung only Smart Stay function wouldn't be productive.
