Can No Longer Contact A Friend

I have a friend that I can no longer text or call. I receive his texts but not his calls. The phone line states the Verizon customer does not have a working number.

I don't know about him but I still have a Samsung. I can call whom ever

and text whomever just not him

That is odd SHEWHI19​. Let's work on getting this fixed. How long has this been happening for? Does your friend get any error messages when they are calling you?

This has been happening since June. I get the error message failed, message

not sent and phone line not in service. He does not get anything he can

text me.
