Can i recover deleted voicemails?

My mother passed away unexpectedly earlier this year from cancer. I was wondering if by chance Verizon archives voicemails that I might recover from her??

When you delete the voicemails and you exit that particular voicemail session, those voicemails are no longer recoverable.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

We are sorry to hear about your loss. I know this must be a difficult time for your family after a loss. With regard to your question we can only recover this information if the line is active currently. This is completed by a third party company and submitted to them for retrieval. Here is the company we use for this service http://cbwproductions.com/index.php?main_page=page&id=40. I hope this helps.

JERPRE71, I can certainly understand your interest in recovering voicemails from earlier in the year. Allow me to clarify. While we store your voicemails on our network, in the event that a voicemail is deleted, we are unable to recover deleted voicemails. In the event you wish to archive voicemails, you may use our partner services at http://cbwproductions.com/ I have also included our resource which further outlines voicemail archival here: https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/voice-mail-faqs/ Let us know if this helps.
