Can't send Verizon emails with LG G3

Ever since a December 12, 2014, update to the G3, I am unable to send emails from my Verizon account.  Receive emails fine.  Any suggestions?

Remove the email account from the phone. Verify the mobile server settings associated with that email domain. Add email account again using the correct settings.
