when I went to visit my father in the hospital my phone actually called me it was a picture of myself telling me that my phone was going to be restricted I ignored it 3 days later none of my calls will go through

Which Android device do you have? Can you advise when viewing your Security settings, if there are any unrecognized Device Admin apps appearing? What happens when you try to make a call?
